Introducing: Our new CBT for Menopause course

Menopause is a natural process that can cause a range of physical and mental health changes in people. To help navigate this transition, our Training Academy is proud to launch our new Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Menopause training course.

CBT is a well-established form of psychotherapy that has been shown to be effective in treating a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety and depression. Our new course takes this approach and applies it specifically to the menopause experience. The course is designed to help people understand and manage their symptoms in a practical, effective way.

Designed and delivered by CBT therapist, Mel Newnam, our CBT for Menopause course gives you an opportunity to learn more about managing stress and anxiety, and how our negative thoughts can impact us physically, emotionally and behaviourally. Using the same tools and techniques used by CBT practitioners, you can challenge and reduce the negative thinking styles associated with Menopause.
