Family Mental Wellbeing Service Manager

  • Incorporating Young People & Carers
  • Part Time, 21 hours/week
  • £30,000 per annum (pro rata)

 

There’s never been a better time to join FDAMH! With funding secured and a new structure in place we are recruiting an experienced Service Manager to provide both mental health and operational management.

The principal purpose of this post is to lead, manage, support and co-ordinate the day-to-day operation of the allocated service area and provide line management to their direct reports. They will work closely with, and be supported by, the Service Delivery Manager, they will also provide peer support to and work in collaboration with other Service Managers.

The Manager will be a skilled, knowledgeable and experienced individual. You must have substantive previous operational, management, mental health experience and excellent communication skills.

Able to demonstrate previous experience of managing and developing teams using innovative systems to achieve challenging goals, you should be positive, supportive, able to work in a collaborative way, and have excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner

  • 35 hours per week
  • Part time may be considered
  • £25,500 per annum (part time pro rata)

We are excited to invite applications from experienced practitioners to apply to join our new mental health service. With funding secured we are seeking applications to appoint highly motivated people to join our team.

The role of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner is to provide person centred, holistic mental health and wellbeing support to clients who have been referred to the service. Clients may present in crisis, be experiencing emotional distress, or reduced mental wellbeing.

If you are an experienced partitioner who can demonstrate your knowledge and skills, and using your excellent communication skills and mature attitude to support people to achieve their identified outcomes and will provide a first-class service to our clients then we would love to hear from you.

This post will be a delivered via a hybrid working model with the expectation that part of the working week will be office based.
