Become a Member

FDAMH is a membership organisation, but you don’t have to be a member to use our services!

How to join

Membership is open to anyone and gives you voting rights at our Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meetings and it also entitles you to stand for office.

Membership is free and must be renewed each year. To become a member or renew your membership please complete and return our membership form.
