Introducing… FDAMH’s Disco Bingo Night
On Friday 7th April, FDAMH invites you to an all-singing, all-dancing disco, during which you’ll try to become a bingo champion.
What better way to kick off your Easter Weekend than with a night full of fun, laughter and disco tunes all in aid of FDAMH.
Tickets cost £15 and it will be BYOB on the night.

Our new Breathing Space Bench was officially unveiled on the 19th of September 2025 by our FDAMH patron, Dennis Canavan, within our office gardens. We were joined by Tony McLaren, National Coordinator for NHS 24’s Breathing Space service alongside our staff and volunteers. FDAMH encourage people to use the bench to pause, reflect and talk openly about mental health.
