The Course: The course will pass some of Falkirk’s famous sights – such as Callendar House, The Kelpies and The Falkirk Wheel – as it heads out along a scenic and flat route, finishing at Falkirk Stadium.

It is our mission improve the mental health of our local community. We are very passionate about our mission, but we cannot do it alone. The money you raise will help FDAMH to assist, enable, educate and support people and their families experiencing the impact of mental illness.

After a successful year of John Muir from the pilot in February, we end 2023 with some great news for both John Muir Group 1 and FDAMH!
Our new CBT for Menopause course gives you an opportunity to learn more about managing stress and anxiety, and how our negative thoughts can impact us physically, emotionally and behaviourally.
