Who we are

We’re Falkirk’s Mental Health Association, locally known as FDAMH.

Supporting Mental Health

We’re an independent charity providing bespoke one-to-one and group mental health and wellbeing support to people in the Falkirk and District Community.

We’re a diverse team with a wide range of skills, experience, and backgrounds, and we are all united in our strong desire to make a positive difference to the lives of people in our community.

Our Mission

We are committed to offering hope through trusted mental health and wellbeing support, working to build a community where everyone can access the care they need – whenever they need it.

    Our Values

Legacy – We are dedicated to creating a lasting impact on mental health in our community – building a legacy of compassion, support, and a better future for our team and clients.

Inclusive – We embrace and celebrate diversity ensuring that mental health support is accessible, respectful and welcoming to all.

Growth – We foster continuous growth – for our clients, our team and our community – believing that through ongoing improvement, we can ensure as many people as possible have access to the support they need, when they need it most.

Hope – We inspire hope by providing timely, meaningful support, empowering individuals to envision and work toward a brighter, healthier future. In moments of darkness, we are a light in a dark place.
