We are excited to announce the launch of our first ever Youth Advisory Board.
We know how important it is to listen to and learn from young people and this new Board will ensure that their voices are heard and are at the heart of decision making in FDAMH.
We will be looking to recruit around eight caring and enthusiastic young people who are passionate about mental health. Recruitment will start at the beginning of 2022 with more information on the recruitment process becoming available soon.
Stay tuned for more!

Our new Breathing Space Bench was officially unveiled on the 19th of September 2025 by our FDAMH patron, Dennis Canavan, within our office gardens. We were joined by Tony McLaren, National Coordinator for NHS 24’s Breathing Space service alongside our staff and volunteers. FDAMH encourage people to use the bench to pause, reflect and talk openly about mental health.
