Mental Health & Wellbeing Service Manager

  • 35 hours/week including weekend and evenings
  • £30,000 per annum

 

We are excited to invite applications from dynamic and forward-thinking people to join our new Distress Brief Intervention service (DBI). With funding secured we are seeking applications to appoint a highly skilled and motivated manager to join our team.


To fulfil this post the Service Manager will be a skilled, knowledgeable and experienced individual. You must have substantive previous high quality service management, experience of effectively managing teams. Along with a sound knowledge of mental health you should have excellent communication skills.


If you are an experienced manager who can demonstrate your knowledge and skills, and using your excellent communication skills and mature attitude to manage a service which supports people to achieve their identified outcomes and will provide a first-class service to our clients then we would love to hear from you.

Forms should be submitted in a sealed envelope with your name and marked ‘Confidential – Criminal Convictions’. This will only be opened by our HR manager if you are offered the post, otherwise the unopened envelope will be securely destroyed.

If you are offered a post at FDAMH you will need to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme. This is criminal records check and you will be invited to come to FDAMH to fill in and provide the necessary documentation to progress this.
