Groupwork
FDAMH’s Psychoeducational Groupwork offers a supportive and structured environment where individuals can build a deeper understanding of mental health and wellbeing.
Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical exercises, participants are encouraged to develop greater self-awareness and learn effective tools and techniques to help them manage their own mental health more confidently while also positively influencing their relationships and wider communities.
What will happen when I contact FDAMH?
When you contact us, you will be offered a first appointment, which could be a phone call or in person. Together we will talk about what sort of support will suit you best and plan a way forward.
If FDAMH isn’t the right place for you, we’ll tell you about other services instead.
